Technical Assistance:
During the inspection, the licensing representative discussed with the provider:
-meals and snacks from home
-Fire and safety shock prevention
-submit zoning approval documents to licensing and request in writing to modify capacity

Please submit future renewal applications prior to expiration date.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately 12:20 pm- 1:45 pm. There were 7 children (25 points) supervised by 2 direct care staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 household records, 4 children?s records, children's nutrition, supplies, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The children were observed in free play and napping. There were age appropriate materials for all children. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. No violations were observed during the inspection.
