An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/08/2020 from 12:10 pm - 1:25 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this vendor is licensed as a family day home. At the time of entrance there were three children in care with the provider. The ages of the children counted for a total nine points. Children were observed napping and playing with toys. The provider was observed feeding a bottle to an infant in care.
Records were reviewed for three children, the provider and two household members.
