An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today 1/22/2020. The inspection began at 8:50 am and concluded at 11:30 AM. There were ten children in care with two caregivers and a total of thirty points. During the inspection infant care was observed,breakfast was observed, free play, hand washing was observed, five out of twelve children's records were reviewed, diapering was observed the licensee's record was reviewed, one assistant's records were reviewed, emergency supplies were viewed, and some policies and procedures were reviewed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-120-A Description: Based on review of one assistant's record, the provider failed to ensure that all required information was obtained.
Evidence:
1. The assistant's record was missing verification of age, start date and address for emergency contact.Plan of Correction: During the inspection the provider obtained the missing information and will monitor all records.
