An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 9:45-10:45. Three children were present (8 points) with the provider which is within ratios for supervision. Reviewed records for children, emergency drills, diapering area and supplies, nutrition and physical space. Observed the children and provider working with age appropriate materials and toys. Lunch to be served today will be pizza, oranges and milk. AM snack was banana bread, grapes and milk. The day care space is well organized and has new toys for both inside and outside.
