Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/18/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 children, ages 2 years-4 years, totaling 8 points and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, one provider record, one household member record and 3 pet records during the inspection. The provider stated that medication is not administered. The children were observed in the following activities: free choice activities, watching an educational show and during lunch. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed nap time with the provider and reminded the provider of upcoming expirations and necessary updates. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:50 a.m. and departed at 12:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Becky Forestier at 540-309-2835.
