Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately 10:00 am- 11:30 am. There were 4 children, totaling 12 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, children's nutrition, supplies, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The children were observed in free play on the floor and snack. Diapering changing and hand washing was observed during the inspection. There were age appropriate materials for all children.

Evidence: The provider was not able to provide menu for the current one-week period during the inspection.

Evidence: The attendance posted on the bulletin board was dated for 10/12/2019.
