Monitoring carpet corners and small appliances

Comments:

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 am-12:15 pm. There were 10 children(26 points) supervised by the Provider and two caregivers. A sample size of four children's records, three caregiver records, one household member record, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency materials, physical daycare space and the home were reviewed.
