Technical Assistance:
Discussed the requirements for household children regarding maintenance of records.
Household children are counted in points but not in total capacity.

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 10 children, 1 child is a household member. (20pts) Provider and 1 Assistant on site. When the Inspector arrived, the children were sitting at the round table with staff playing with toys. Some of the older children were dancing and singing in the other programming room. Walk thru of the entire programming space to include the crib room, bathroom, food preparation area and both programming rooms was made. Currently all children are napping on cots, cribs are not in use at this time. The children split into two groups, the younger children were using dolls and a doctor kit using stethoscopes with staff. The older children were matching cards with objects and words. A nice transition was made to tactile activities such as stacking color tubes to create patterns and creative objects. Geometric wood shapes were used to create larger geometric shapes. A total of 5 children's records, both staff and 1 household member record were reviewed. No medication or topical ointments on site at this time. Previous violations from the last inspection were reviewed and corrections were verified. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: with questions. This inspection began at approximately 9:15am and ended at 12pm.
