Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 3 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 2:15-3:50pm. There were 9 children, totaling 23 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. Today the children participated in circle time, played with Play-doh and puzzles, listened to music, rested during naptime and enjoyed free play. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, cantaloupe, apples and bananas and milk for lunch. The Provider is certified in MAT (medication administration training).
