Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on March 16, 2020 beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 10:30 AM. There were four children in the care of the provider during the inspection. The children's ages were 16 months, 2, 3, and 3 years old for a total of 9 points. The children were observed doing puzzles and practicing their numbers. Four children's records and three household members' records were reviewed and in compliance. Four pet records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 2/5/2020. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 2/5/2020.
