This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on May 6, 2020 and May 12, 2020 and concluded on May 14, 2020. The provider contacted the inspector by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 5 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on review of 2 caregiver records, 2 records did not contain required information.
Evidence:
Caregivers #1 and #2 do not have documentation of current tuberculosis (TB) screening/test on file, current TB record expired 1/20.Plan of Correction: When this is over we will go get our TB done.
