Consultation today included issues regarding the COVID-19 Guidance for Child Care Programs, and the implementation of guidelines in the family day home.
- Comments:

An inspection was conducted using alternate remote protocol due to the state of emergency health pandemic as declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 05/04/2020 and concluded on 05/06/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection.
There were 5 children present for 16 points with the provider and assistant on 05/06/2020. Information gathered during the inspection assisted in determining that there were no violations with applicable standards or law. Therefore, no violations were issued. Additionally, the Licensing Inspector reviewed with the provider the COVID-19 Essential Guidelines for Child Care Programs.
