A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/04/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed building with blocks, cutting shamrocks, and watching television. There were four children in attendance during the inspection, totaling nine points. Interviews were held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate, the inspector interacted with children. All areas utilized for child care were inspected.
The provider does administer medication.
The provider does provide transportation.
The provider does have pets.
Records were reviewed for four children, one caregiver, and two household members.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
