An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/12/2020 from 11:40 am-12:55 pm.
The children were observed washing their hands after lunch, reading books, playing games and preparing for naptime. There were five children in attendance, totaling 12 points with one caregiver. Lunch consisted of chicken, potatoes, peaches, wheat rolls, and milk. The menu was posted. All areas utilized for care were inspected, including the car used to transport the children.
Records were reviewed for five children, one caregiver, and three household members.
Medication is not being administered.
The first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

The home?s outdoor play area is not currently in use due to scheduled maintenance.
There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.
