2. The inspector provided information and application for the CARES Grant.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted at this time.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/16/20 and concluded on 6/17/20. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child in care = 4 points with the provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 child records, the provider's record, and other operational documents submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
