A virtual review inspection was conducted as a result of the provider's recent move. Due to Covid 19 the inspector was not on site and completed the review via mobile video application. During the review the vendor provided a virtual tour of the home and property. Emergency preparedness plans and supplies were inspected. There were 7 children present supervised by the vendor. Children were observed playing freely in the backyard and participating in activity with a scout leader. 2 children files, 1 household member documentation and 1 staff member's file's was reviewed. According to provider there was no medication on site. There were no violations observed during this review.
