Discussed COVID-19s safety and guidelines.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/25/2020, and concluded on 9/30/2020 approximately from 10:25 am to 11:30 am. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There was 3 children supervised by 1 direct care staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The physical plant, 1 staff record, 1 children records, children activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected. During the inspection, children were observed virtual learning and resting at naptime. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. No violation were observed during the inspection.
