Comments:

is inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on October 15,2020 and concluded on October 16, 2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Description:	Based on review of 2 caregiver records, 1 is incomplete. Evidence: Caregiver #1 does not have documentation of a current tuberculosis (TB) screening, current documentation expired 11/19.
Plan of Correction:	I'm not sure if I have a current one, I will check and if not I will get a new one completed.
Standard #:	22VAC40-111-320-G
Description:	Based on review of home records there is no documentation of an annual inspection for a fireplace and associated chimney. Evidence: There is no documentation of an inspection for the fireplace and associated chimney. The fireplace is not permanently sealed shut.
Plan of Correction:	We will seal it shut.
