On 12/11/2020 a virtual Renewal inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. This inspection was conducted via mobile video application, email and phone correspondence. During this inspection there 5 children present observed resting directly supervised by provider. Child, provider and Household member records were reviewed. Emergency supplies, procedures and drills were reviewed. The physical plant and facilities were inspected via video mobile application. Violations are indicated on the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on review of child records all required information was not maintained.
Evidence: During inspection Child 2 was missing start date and action to be taken when in contact with listed allergen.Plan of Correction: I will get the information from the parent now.
