Standard #: 63.2-1721.1-B-3 Description: Based on file review, a caregiver was unable to provide documentation of a search of the central registry (SCR) having been completed within the past five years.
Evidence
1. Staff #1 was unable to provide documentation of a SCR having been completed since 12/3/14, the date of his most recent SCR.Plan of Correction: This caregiver is contacting the department in order to get a copy of a SCR within the past five years. If it is obtained, he will provide it to the inspector and this violation will be removed. If this check has to be completed again, he will do so.
