On 12/29/20 a virtual monitoring inspection was completed. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. This inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During inspection there were no children present. According to the provider although children were attending she was open to receiving children. The facility and emergency supplies and procedures were inspection. Staff and Household members records were reviewed.
