Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 4, 2021and concluded on March 5, 2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present and 2 staff for a total of 13 points. The Inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to complete the inspection and then other items were discussed on the phone. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and the assistant's records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The provider has recorded Emergency drills, has updated the emergency preparedness plan, does not have any children enrolled who may require medication. The provider is current in MAT, First Aid, and CPR.
