The provider was contacted via Facetime to complete the inspection. A total of 9 children (24pts) with Provider and 1 Assistant present. Observation of the family day home was made to include the program space, crib room, diapering area and bathroom. A total of 2 children's records and 1 new staff record was reviewed. The children were observed celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday. They were seated at the table eating "green eggs" for Dr.Seuss, meatballs, pasta and fruit. Staff were observed sitting with the children while they ate. All staff were wearing masks, all children over the age of 2 also wear masks.
