Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on March 19, 2021 and concluded on the same day. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 10 children present and 2 staff for a total of 23 points. The Inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed a newly enrolled child?s records, household, and staff records. These items were reviewed to ensure documentation was complete and current. The Provider does not administer medication but does have written permission obtained to administer sunscreen.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
