This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on April 4, 2021 and concluded on April 15, 2021. The provider was contacted by video call to initiate the inspection. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on review of two caregiver records, two do not contain the required subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening reports every two years.
Evidence:
The records for caregiver #1 and #2 do not contain documentation of a subsequent TB screening. The current documentation in each record is expired.Plan of Correction: We will get our TB screening done and send you the results when completed.
