The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Model forms for documentation of emergency drills and attendance were emailed to the provider.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/23/2021 and concluded on 04/06/2021. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. No children were in care the day of the inspection. Reviewed children and household member?s records, trainings, physical space (using FaceTIme) and emergency preparation. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-C Description: Based on provider statement, the emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in place and lock down drills have been conducted but not written down. Plan of Correction: A drill log was emailed to the provider and will be used moving forward.
