A initial inspection was conducted on 06/14/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present and with the provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 caregiver/household member records and 3 children's records submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
