The provider shall forward to the Inspector the recently requested Central Registry background search request. Based on age, this background search just became a requirement for one household member on July 15, 2021.
The license cannot be processed for renewal until this final background search is forwarded to the Inspector for review.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 7/23/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present, with the provider and one assistant staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
