Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the daycare space.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/22/2021 and concluded on 07/26/2021. The provider was contacted using FaceTime and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were nine children present, ranging in ages from 9 months-5 years with 3 staff supervising (28 points which is within ratios for supervision). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 2 staff records and 1 household member were reviewed. Lunch served today was lentil soup with brown rice, avocado and milk. One child is still using a bottle. Observed children in diapering, transition to rest time and sleeping. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please contact me if you have any questions.
