Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. An announced initial inspection was initiated on 08/03/2021 and concluded on 08/03/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted via FaceTime. There were no children present. The inspector observed the manufacture date for one crib and the manufacture date is in compliance. Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid items, and age appropriate materials were observed. The Inspector reviewed 2 staff/household member's records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
