Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on and concluded on 8/25/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to 4 years old, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 caregivers record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on review, a caregiver did not obtain a minimum of sixteen hours of training annually. Evidence: 1. Caregiver #1 completed 12 hours of training in 2020 and 13 hours in 2021. 1. Caregiver #2 completed 9 hours of training in 2020 and 6.5 hours in 2021.
