Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A Initial inspection was initiated on August 26, 2021 and concluded on August 27, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were children present, ranging in ages from 9 months to 5 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The Provider is not MAT certified and is currently not administering medication. A total of one child's record and 2 staff records were reviewed. This program is switching from one household to another household member and paperwork reviewed demonstrates change in lead Provider. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
