A complaint inspection was initiated on July 15, 2021 and concluded on September 8, 2021 regarding allegations of inadequate supervision. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, physical environment, care of children, and special care/emergencies. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
