This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview and review of records. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:40am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present during the inspection today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
