At least one operable carbon monoxide detector is now required to be on site. The Inspector reviewed this new requirement with the Provider and was able to determine that the Provider does have a working carbon monoxide detector system in her home.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/20/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present (4points), both age 2years, with the Provider supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child's record and 1 caregiver record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
