This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/23/2021 and concluded on 09/27/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children, ages 17 months-4 years, totaling 14 points, with one care giver supervising present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and one caregiver record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
