There were 6 children present (14 points), ranging in ages from 16 months to 3 years old, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed sleeping on cots and in cribs. Emergency supplies, toys and children's belongings were maintained in a safe and clean condition. There were no medications on site.
