Technical Assistance was offered regarding the following: Ensuring the provider is aware of total points each day; bedding and linens for use in the cribs; outdoor play time for children and permission forms for outdoor walks; procedures for modification of license if provider relocates.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/27/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present (14 points), ranging in ages from 16 months to 3 years old, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed sleeping on cots and in cribs. Emergency supplies, toys and children's belongings were maintained in a safe and clean condition. There were no medications on site. Outdoor play and area to be used for outdoor play was discussed by the inspector and provider. A total of 2 children's records and 1 staff record was reviewed. Violations cited in the previous inspection were corrected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
