Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and training. Provider is in the process of renewing her CDA with a total of 57 hours of training conducted for this year.
- Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/01/2021. The Provider was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children enrolled, ranging from infant to preschool age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 4 children records, 1 staff record, and 4 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
