140 B-1 Care giver record documentation should have a high school program completion or the equivalent or (ii) evidence of having met the requirements for admission to an accredited college or university.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program .


A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/08/2021 and concluded on 10/08/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 4 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
