This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the home.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/22/2021 and concluded on 10/25/2021. The provider/in-charge person was contacted by video call and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and medication. A total of 1 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
