This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/27/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were five children present, ranging in ages from 1 year to 4 years, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, 1 provider record and five household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on review of five household member records it was determined that not all household members obtained a tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years. Evidence: The most recent dates for TB screenings on file for the following household members are as follows: household member A-09/06/2019, household member B-03/20/2019, household member C-08/30/2019. Plan of Correction: Household Member's A, B, and C will obtain new TB screenings and submit the results to the provider for their record.
