This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 16, 2021 and concluded on November 17, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from toddler to 3 years, with the provider supervising for a total of 10 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and the Provider's record were reviewed. The Emergency Drills log, the menu, daily attendance, the training documents (CPR/MAT) were all reviewed.
