Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on November 18, 2021. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 9:00am until 11:00am. The provider assisted the licensing inspector with the inspection. There were seven children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to four years with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, two staff records and one household member?s record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
