Comments:

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:50am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 4 children = 11 points with the provider and assistant caregiver. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed having indoor play-time. Breakfast served to the children included oatmeal, apples, cereal, and milk. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for the children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
