An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint received by The Department related to Behavioral Guidance and Forbidden Actions. The inspection was initiated on 11/16/2021 and concluded on 12/3/2021 with an exit interview. Interviews were conducted, observations were made and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
