Technical Assistance:

LI and provider discussed ensuring all the areas and equipment in the daycare area are maintained in a clean, safe, and operable manner conditioning. LI specifically addressed tripping hazards.

Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 28, 2021 with an in-person inspection of the daycare area and concluded on December 29, 2021 with an off-site record review. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 8, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
