Technical Assistance:
Today we discussed standard 8VAC20-800-690. Diapering and toileting, regarding the diaper changing surface that must be "2. Nonabsorbent and washable.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an on site tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on January 13th and concluded on January 21, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were two children in care and four resident children present totalling 4 points. Children present ranged in age from two through 14 years old. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children?s records and three household records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
