This complaint inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interview.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 1/19/2022. A complaint was received by the department in December regarding background checks. The provider was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation and documents were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined the complaint to be not valid. No violations were issued.
