An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated remotely on 12/20/21, continued remotely on 1/3/22, and completed in-person on 2/2/22, in response to a self-report of an allegation of a forbidden action, rough handling. Interviews were conducted, documentation reviewed, and the program was observed. There was insufficient evidence to support the allegation and the inspection resulted in no violations.
