Technical Assistance:

The provider must send documentation to the LI that the background checks have been requested no later than 10 days following this notification dated 1/21/22. Once the background check is received by the center, the results must be forwarded to the licensing inspector.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and documents review. A renewal inspection was conducted on January 10, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 4 staff/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on record review, In addition to satisfactory completion of first aid training and CPR training, caregivers did obtain documentation of a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.
